The big break of any weekday (Monday to Friday), 13:20 – 14:00

 

Can we be contacted at other times?

 

Sure. Every day there is at least one of us here, if you have an urgent and really quick question, check our office hours – we will be happy to help you. However, please note that at other times of the day you may have to wait, and we strongly recommend fixing an appointment at least 1 day in advance by e-mail, to

 

Generally, if you see that something is not clear to you – send us an e-mail once the problem occurs. This will save a lot of your time! Please do not wait or rely on rumours or vague advice – steps guided by “I thought that…, I assumed that, I hoped that, one fellow student/lady/man told me” lead to misunderstandings and problems.
